- Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Seamless Fintech Innovations, Inc.
- Service refers to the B2B payment gateway, API infrastructure, and cross-border settlement software provided by Paytring.
- Merchant refers to the registered business entity utilizing the Service to collect payments from their buyers.
- End-Customer refers to the individual or business purchasing goods or services directly from the Merchant.
- Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
2. Types of Data Collected
Personal Data of Merchants
While using Our Service, We may ask You (the Merchant) to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information used to provision Your Account, perform mandatory compliance checks, and facilitate cross-border settlements. This may include:
- Email address
- First name and last name
- Business registration details, EIN/PAN, and corporate addresses
- Beneficial ownership information and director details
- Banking information for settlement purposes
Data of End-Customers
As an Agent of the Payee, We process End-Customer data strictly on behalf of the Merchant to facilitate the transaction. When an End-Customer interacts with Our checkout software, We collect:
- Billing and shipping addresses
- Email addresses
- Payment method details (processed securely via Our PCI-compliant gateway partners)
- Transaction amounts and purchased item descriptions
Usage Data and Tracking Technologies
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (IP address), browser type, pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on Our Service, ensure checkout security, and analyze performance.
3. Use of Your Personal Data

- To provide and maintain our Service: Including facilitating international payment processing and routing cross-border settlements.
- To manage Your Account: To manage Your registration as a user of the Service and grant access to Merchant dashboard functionalities.
- For compliance and risk management: To perform mandated Know Your Business (KYB), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and fraud-prevention checks required by global financial regulators and Our banking partners.
- To communicate with You: To contact You by email regarding updates, security alerts, or technical notices related to the Service.
4. Disclosure and Sharing of Data
As a financial technology provider, We do not sell Your data. We share Your personal and transactional information strictly to facilitate the payment lifecycle:
- With Financial Service Providers: We share necessary transaction and Merchant data with Our licensed banking partners, acquiring banks, and cross-border settlement partners (e.g., Stripe, Xflow) to process payments, generate required documentation (such as FIRCs), and execute fund transfers.
- With Regulators and Law Enforcement: The Company may disclose Your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, enforce Anti-Money Laundering (AML) statutes, or protect against legal liability.
- For Business Transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business.
5. Retention of Your Personal Data
