Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: May 27, 2026
Paytring (Seamless Fintech Innovations, Inc.) provides B2B payment gateway software and cross-border settlement infrastructure. We act solely as a payment collection agent on behalf of independent businesses and exporters ("Merchants").
Paytring is not a retailer, marketplace, manufacturer, or logistics provider. We do not hold inventory, nor do we package, ship, or deliver any physical or digital products.
1. Merchant Responsibility for Fulfillment
The Merchant (the "Seller of Record") from whom you purchased the goods or services is 100% responsible for the fulfillment and delivery of your order.
- Shipping Timelines: All shipping speeds, delivery estimates, and dispatch times are determined entirely by the Merchant and their chosen logistics partners (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS).
- Shipping Costs: Any shipping costs or handling fees applied at checkout are set by the Merchant.
- Customs and Duties: For international shipments, the Merchant and the End-Customer are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all import/export regulations, customs duties, and border taxes. Paytring is not responsible for items held, delayed, or confiscated by customs authorities.
2. Tracking and Order Status
Because Paytring only processes the financial transaction, we do not have access to real-time shipping logistics, dispatch notifications, or tracking numbers.
- If you (the End-Customer) wish to track an order, you must refer to the shipping confirmation email provided directly by the Merchant.
- If you have not received a tracking number or your order is delayed, please contact the Merchant directly using the contact information provided on their website or your order receipt.
3. Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Items
Paytring assumes no liability for goods that are lost, damaged in transit, sent to the wrong address, or marked as delivered but not received.
- All claims regarding non-delivery or damaged items must be directed to the Merchant.
- If a Merchant fails to deliver a product as promised and is unresponsive to your inquiries, you may have the right to file a dispute or chargeback through your issuing bank or credit card company. Please refer to our Refund and Dispute Policy for information on how chargebacks are processed through the Paytring platform.
4. Digital Goods and Services
If your purchase involves digital goods (e.g., software, digital downloads) or professional services:
- Delivery is governed by the Merchant's specific delivery methods (e.g., email delivery, direct download links, or portal access).
- Paytring is not responsible for broken download links, revoked access, or undelivered service promises.
5. Contacting the Merchant
To resolve a shipping issue, you must contact the Merchant's customer support directly. The Merchant's contact details can typically be found:
- On the Merchant's official website.
- Within the original order confirmation email you received at the time of purchase.
- On the payment receipt provided by Paytring (which lists the Merchant's designated support email).
6. Contacting Paytring
If you are unable to reach the Merchant after multiple attempts, or if you suspect a Merchant is engaging in fraudulent non-delivery practices using our payment gateway, please report the Merchant to our compliance team. Note that Paytring cannot issue direct shipping refunds, but we investigate all reports of Merchant fraud to maintain network integrity.
